Apoorva advises founders and boards on sell-side, buy-side, and capital-raising mandates. He blends investor-relations acumen with rigorous financial modelling to support value-maximising outcomes.

Before founding Acretus Advisory, he worked with Goldman Sachs and Amagi Media Labs, gaining experience across mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and corporate development across multiple sectors and regions.

He holds a Master’s in Management and International Accounting & Finance from EDHEC Business School, France, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune.

Harsh brings over nine years of experience in strategy, operations, and corporate development across technology, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors. His work spans inorganic growth, investment partnerships, and strategic planning, combining a structured analytical approach with execution-focused leadership.

Prior to Acretus Advisory, Harsh led M&A and strategic initiatives at Tube Investments of India (Murugappa Group) and iBUS Networks & Infrastructure, overseeing acquisitions, partnerships, and integration programs in emerging industries such as EVs, communications, and advanced manufacturing. Earlier, he held roles in investment analysis and assurance with The D. E. Shaw Group, EY, and Madura Coats.

He is a Chartered Accountant, with an MSc in International Accounting and Finance from EDHEC Business School, France, and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
